Question About Bird Fairs

I was wondering if anyone one here has experience with Exotic Bird Fairs?
There's one in Florida this weekend and my husband and I are thinking about going, we need to buy a cage for our baby (Mozart) and we thought this might be s good way to see them up close to see how they a built. What type of things are at a bird fair?
