best small parrot species i can keep its cage door open

i am looking for a parrot species that is good and trustworthy to leave its cage open at all times? I HATE locking birds up i like them to have their freedom? my finches live outside of their cage and only go in their cages at night and to eat.

What parrot species are content to just sit on their cage all day and will most likely go poopy in the same spot?

And not fly around the house and get lost?

I think that would depend more on the bird's personallity than its species. Keeping them well clipped helps tho.

Zoey is my 2nd grey, & seems much more content to stay indoors than my first grey, Nibbles. Btw, he died within 24hrs after escaping into 107 degree heat, in the summer of 02, at age 3
