Do all birds have basically the same body language or is it breed specific? After having Remington now for almost 4 years I feel pretty good about reading his body language. Just this month added a CAG to our family , so was just wondering, Thanks

With most birds, its actually bird specific. Each bird tends to have their own body language. Some species present certain different body language, however, most is determined by the nature of the bird itself. And it always helps to get to know each birds own body language and become familiar with it. :)

Actions of one particular bird or species do not necessarily mimic the meaning of the same action in all other birds.
There seems to be a general similarity in the actions and meaning of some basic bird behavior.
Best is to try to ascertain what your bird is trying to tell you, thus learning your bird's body language.
