Two birds at one time?

Hi, so I have a GCC and a tiel, well I'm getting rid of the tiel in the end of August. In Nov. I might get a Meyers. The question is..... how do I give both my GCC and Meyers the attention they need! I go to school but I don't play sports. Oh the tiel Jay Jay, he isn't hand tame so Iv never had two hand tame birds at one time. Thanks for the answers!

Tough question, it all depends. Your in school right now so I'm imagining your young. Why are you giving up your tiel?

Two hand tame birds can work fine, despite a busy schedule. But you have to consider what happens after school, work, etc too. They're not short lived pets.

Since, according to your other thread, it is difficult to afford to care for your potentially sick bird and take him to the vet, it is NOT a good idea to get another bird! Pets are living, feeling things and you must be able to afford the care they need in order to get another one.
