Hi, so I have a GCC and a tiel, well I'm getting rid of the tiel in the end of August. In Nov. I might get a Meyers. The question is..... how do I give both my GCC and Meyers the attention they need! I go to school but I don't play sports. Oh the tiel Jay Jay, he isn't hand tame so Iv never had two hand tame birds at one time. Thanks for the answers! :)

Tough question, it all depends. Your in school right now so I'm imagining your young. Why are you giving up your tiel?

Two hand tame birds can work fine, despite a busy schedule. But you have to consider what happens after school, work, etc too. They're not short lived pets. :)

Since, according to your other thread, it is difficult to afford to care for your potentially sick bird and take him to the vet, it is NOT a good idea to get another bird! Pets are living, feeling things and you must be able to afford the care they need in order to get another one.
