Beans?

I accidentally grabbed the 16 bean soup mix instead of the 15 one.
It has
Pinto beans
Small red beans
Pink beans
Kidney beans
Great northern beans
Baby Lima beans
Large Lima beans
Blackeye peas
Small white beans
Black beans
While green peas
Yellow split peas
Green split peas
Lentils
Chickpeas
Pearl barley

Can I give this to him or is there a bean in here that is really bad for him.

As long as they are fully cooked they should be fine

I get the 16 bean mix too... I soak it a few hours and rinse it well, then cook it on low, maybe hour or so, just til the beans start to soft, not as cooked as how we would make it for soup

I make up the whole bag, then freeze it in the smallest storage containers that are like half cup size I think. Works perfect, pull one out of the freezer and it lasts Ivory a couple days, always feed before its been in fridge long enough to cause worries! I also throw in a bag of frozen peas and carrots and green beans too, anything to try to get her to eat veggies!! She's a problem eater.

That's the mix I use when I make chopmix, it's fine as long as you soak it over night and cook thoroughly.

I used to use the soup mixes in my mash but have decided against it considering the potential toxicity of some beans, such as the kidney bean if under-cooked. I now stick to other legumes that have lower toxicity levels.
