It takes time. Consistent time= trust from the birds perspective. Whenever a bird gets anything new it takes time to establish that no harm will come from it.

How I can earn my ringneck's trust, can anyone tell me
By being it's very best friend. Be super loving, and very happy around your ringneck. Talk to him a lot!! Tell him how much you love him, how smart and cute he is... and on and on. When you have to go somewhere, tell him "bye bye, see ya later". When you get home, go to him and say "Hi!!!" (you can say these things in your own way, I'm just giving examples)

After a few days of this, you can start to try to get him to hop on your finger. Experiment how best to do this, either just by using your presence and happy voice, or holding a toy he loves, or some food he likes.

Best wishes to you!

All of the above is good advice.

I noticed that when jenga and I started clicker training, our bond increased almost overnight - it was magical! It helps them trust you and builds their own confidence.
