I started thinking about all the nicknames we have for our pets (don't lie, you know you do it too :09:), yes I'm bored at work if you can't tell lol. So I was wondering what do you call your pets by other than their actual name? Ours have so many, especially the little dog.

Tuzzi (the little dog): Tuzzi Bug, Bug, Suzie Bug, Susan, Susan Bug, Mrs. Susan (our friend's son couldn't pronounce Tuzzi at first so he called her Suzie and it kinda stuck), Miss Bug, Tuzzi Bruisie Suzie Bug, Miss Tuzan Bruzan Suzan Bug, Tutsie she got from my FIL (lots of names lol)

Pasha (the Rottie): Pasha Bear, Bear, Big 'Ol Bear, Pash she got from my FIL. She would also like to let you know she is part ostrich and recently part Dolphin. And she has a Duck (her tail looks like a little duck head. We think the people before us docked it wrong).

Hooch (the cat): Mr. Hooch, Stumpy butt (he has a little nub for a tail that he's very sensitive about), Waggle bottom

Ducati (the parrot): Duci (Ducky), Mr. Duck Duck

Lrrr Ruler of Planet Omicron Persei 8 (male beardie): Lrrr! Our grumpy old man.

Ed Bighead (female beardie): Ed, Momma (together we used to call them The Boys, but we can't really do that anymore)

Loving these!! Keep 'em coming!

Ours also talk to us in their own voice. Tuzzi has a high pitch, prissy voice. Pasha is low pitch kind of "I can haz cheeseburger" type of pronunciation and she always sings, "I'm a bear, I'm a bear" in her head (she's pretty dumb lol). They're the main ones with voices. We haven't quite hit Duci's voice yet. Husband is thinking Jack Black's character on Nacho Libre.

Raven:
Ray Ray (HE nicknamed himself)

Griffin:
Big Bug (he reminds me of a giant fuzzy moth)

Pix:
He's very heavily pied mostly white, with some gray and 'snowy owl' markings, and he's soft and small... so I sometimes refer to him as "Dirty Cottonball" or "cottonball someone dropped in the dirt" LOLOL.

I just realized that mine are exceptionally strange....:D Now you all know how weird I am :54: Trust me, they're all terms of endearment!

Twigs budgie has no nicknames. He's mostly yellow, small, fast and active, so maybe "The Canary"?

Gilbert--mostly Gilly Gil or Monkey Man. He says Gilly Gil, but he has modified it (and it is hysterical). He kind of says it like "Gibby" sometimes and screams: "GIBBY GIBBY GIBBY GIBBY--good boy" haha He likes to repeat it.

Chu Chu-- Baba Chu or Chuchi-poo

Hey my lifetime nickname has been some variation of "poop" and my sister's name is Robyn. I am the youngest, and Robyn is 7.5 years older. Naturally when I had dirty diapers there were all the "POOPER" jokes. I was Poopie, Patti Poo and my sister's adult children will even text me sometimes like "hey aunt poopie" or "yo poop a doop". So we are very weird too........hahaha

Whew, good to see I'm not the only one who considers Poo and Pee as loving nicknames haha. Once my ex's daughter pointed out about me nicknaming my pets 'excrement' :52: then I was a bit embarrassed for the moment but it was funny.

Lol. My husband came up with almost all of Tuzzi's nicknames.

Kind of embarrassing story for all you "poop" nickname people lol. My mom used to call me BBQ (Bubble Butt Queen). Had a song made up for it and everything:08:. So for Mother's day this year I got her one of those wooden block signs that says, "I love you with my whole butt. I'd say heart but my butt is bigger."

Just remembered we do also call Pasha Stinky Butt because her little poots can clear a room sometimes. I've sprayed her butt with febreeze a few times lol.

Well, Flick gets her name lengthened to "Flickity" or "Flickster"
Cache gets called "Cowboy" by my husband, even after our recent revelation that she is a girl.
The IRNs frequently get called "the blues" or "blue monster" for either of them

Ranger, our dog, goes by "pooper" frequently, and thus so does every other pet in the house "tiny pooper" "green pooper" flying pooper" "feather pooper" Which lead to a lot of laughing recently, because neither my husband or myself use strong language or "cuss words," but I pointed out to him that we basically call all of our pets various versions of "little poops."
