Ok, my first thought was kakariki, but I cannot find any pictures online of one with a blue throat. What part of the world are you in, and how did you come to own this bird?

You have a Rosella, while originally an Australian bird, they were also introduced to New Zealand.....there are 7-8 sub-species of Rosella, they are known to interbreed, so you'll need to do some research, but it well could be an interbred bird.....

Good luck.....

Presently have six Greenwing Macaw (17 yo), Red Fronted Macaw (12 yo), Red Lored Amazon (17 y.o.), Lilac Crowned Amazon (about 43 y.o.) and a Congo African Grey (11 y.o.)
Panama Amazon (1 Y.O.)
That appears to be the right answer. Google Crimson rosella hybred, and what comes up is very, very close.

The beak is wrong for a Kakariki.

I have never seen a kakariki or a rosella in person, but like I said I couldn't find one with the blue. Glad someone knew though!

Well this one is some sort of a hybred, so the colors are not going to conform anyway...

Looks like a crimson and yellow rosella juvenile to me, but I'm not an expert. It it a young bird?

It looks like a juvenile crimson rosella to me, no hybrid.
If it loses those green feathers, you'll know for sure :)
