I've seen people use plastic chains for their birds and I'd like to know where people get them. I need it strong enough for a sulphur crested cockatoo, but the links can't be so big for a green cheeked conure to get its head stuck or something. I live in Ontario canada, I've checked pet smart, global pet foods, tropical gardens and a couple other places. Can I get these chains online some where?

Robin's favorite toy is plastic chain! I've always bought mine at bird specialty stores. It's even cheap there. Any bird stores near you? Some toy sites will sell them too. Not the major chain pet stores.

I imagine there would be one near toronto, which is like 2-3 hours away...Unless there's one in kingston, but I tried looking for one there before and couldn't find one.

I don't know whether you'll find this a good idea, but I use shower curtain hooks that I linked together to make a chain. Abudi,my CAG loves playing and hanging from them. I even linked a round rattle that is wide enough for him to use as a swing
