Well you've come to the right forum..lots of wonderful helpful people here. Do you have an emergency vet that takes birds? You have to get a plan in place. Put together a first aid/ emergency kit for Luna at least. She's young what kind of diet do you have her on? Do you give her fruit and veggies?

If the chillies are fresh they are fine. Parrots can eat spicey peppers and chillies. :)

Thank you for rescuing him/her. I can't tell you what kinda parrot he is, hopefully someone can help you there.

Can you tell us a little bit more about your new baby? How big is he? How much does he weigh? Can you take some more photos, as clearly as possible from different angles, so we can try to ID him for you? :)

Purely a guess on my part, but I would guess it was an Indian Lorikeet. I do not actually know, however.

Can we get some pictures in better lighting, and with your hand for size comparison? My first thought is that you have a baby plum head parakeet on your hands, but I'm having a hard time with the actual colors and size. It's not very common for none of us to know right away! What part of the world? It sounds like the bird was wild caught? Is that right?

As a total guess-dusky or plum headed parakeet. Are you able to take a picture of it on your hand, perhaps in brighter light?

It's head and beak is too big for a Plum headed. I was thinking some kind of Tanygnathus species like juvenile color Muller's parrot, or Philipine blue naped, but being in Pakistan, not sure if they are there too. Mullers Parrot

WOW, you rock, Dani! Plum Heads ARE native to Pakistan, where the OP is from, and I think you may be right there.

I still can't help but think the beak is too big for Plum Headed. I had one before. Also, even the juveniles have a very light shading of a grayish head. This bird also "looks" a little bigger than a cockatiel sized plumheaded parakeet.

Don't you wish the OP would give us some clearer photos, and let us know how big/little the baby was? That would SO help in trying to ID him/her. ;)

I found a pic of a baby plum headed and it looks really close to the OP bird.
