Lots too consider and many points to be hard on you about. But that will not help you and your Parrot. So, I will not comment on that part of this difficult World of yours.

You need to begin working on having your Parrot be comfortable self-entertaining more during this period so that the transition will be easier for your Parrot to adjust too! Spending a little less time each day, so that when you are working, it will not be a serious issue for your Parrot.

With the distance between you're new apartment and your home, can you consider stopping in for the 'help' that you will need instead of spending an extended time at your Parent's home. I do not need to know what, only asking that you look closely as to whether it is possible!

If the transition period is fairly close to reality, you should be able to create this transition. As you reduce time with your Parrot, assure that when you are together that you include your Parrot in your actives.

Regarding your problem family member, commonly this is an issue of drawing attention to them. The fastest way of meeting their needs is too provide them that attention. Avoid contact as much as possible and when contact is made, limit paying attention to them! They need that attention and when you halt providing it, they seek other sources.

Always remember that there is a Tomorrow!

Is this Green-Winged Macaw weaned onto solid foods yet? At this age your Baby should still be receiving Formula with 'some' dry solid food.

Parrots have a combined waste that includes both. It is not unusual for Babies to move though or sit-on their own waste. As part of working with them, you should be activity cleaning the areas where your Baby MAC is all day /night long. And, cleaning your Baby MAC.

You can provide them a bath (warm water) and lightly dry with a towel. They should be kept in a warm place between 85 - 95 degrees F. Sorry, I do not have my 'C' conversion chart with me.
