Do you know these books?

I want to spend some money on some books on the pets I now love the most (still love cats too though ). I can't understand the difference between

Parrots: A Guide to Parrots of the World (Helm Identification Guides) Hardcover — 28 Nov 2003
Parrots of the World: An Identification Guide Hardcover — 26 Feb 2006
Parrots of the World: A Field Guide (Helm Field Guides) Paperback — 14 Oct 2010

they look all quite different, although the last 2 are from the same author.

The first one seems the most complete, but really I don't know. Maybe some of you can tell me which one of these is worth buying?

Re: Do you know these books?

What are you looking to get out of the book?
Though to be fair I don't know the books. I have a very old Parrots of the world book and found it lacking. I was hoping to find out behavior and natural food items. Seems like not much is known of foraging behavior, as most were very vague.

Re: Do you know these books?

mainly I would like to have as many parrots illustrations as possible (it seems that the 2003 version is the most complete in this sense, it would be awesome to have all the 350+ of them).
