Is contact to rabbit pee ok for birds_

The primary concern for everyone is the volume. Carpet and pee becomes a toxic stew if not regularly cleaned. Hard floors, depending on the product either dries into the tiny openings or surfaces stains. Carpet and rugs are the greatest concern as pee can dry fairly rapid. Both can turn to dust, which gets everywhere.
A single or a few exposures likely not a problem. However, as volume increases, problems can develop.
The other problem you are faced with is you becoming nose blind to the ever increasing volume.

How about thinking of investing in some washable mats that you can put down and take up and then throw in the washer? I personally would not want the risk of my birds coming into contact with any other bodily fluids, human or animal.
dont rabbits have parasites in theyre pee? or am i completly wrong about this? i know it wasnt harmfull against humans but birds idk....

In The birds room there is a tiled floor. I was worried if he flies at one point in the bunnies room. From time to time they pee on the carpet and I wash it of course. But not every day, more once a week ( about three stains).I will just keep them completely separate. Thanks every one. As for the parasites, many bunnies have E coniculli in their Urine. My bunnies do not ( I tested them). But I just called a vet that specialized in birds and he said there is nothing to worry about.

Having your vet weigh in was a great idea.
It appears that the 'vet' doesn't see this as much of a problem. Mrs. Boats had a seriously negative response to that point. But, under her roof, a bit of seed making it to the floor its a rare event.
Keeping Rabbits and Birds in different rooms with no shared space is a much safer approach.
