Bakeware crisis!

So I’ve been double checking everything in the house, particularly to make sure there isn’t anything that needs to be replaced before Māui comes home. And I just realised that 4 pieces of my bakeware have non-stick coating. One is my pie tin, which i rarely use but you literally can’t buy an aluminium pie tin anywhere. The others are my cheapo muffin pan and 2 cookie sheets which look very dubious - thankfully I can replace those! Unfortunately I can only find anodised aluminium options.
Is anodised aluminum safe for birds?

Also, does anyone else bake? What do you do about your bakeware? Does it really matter that much considering it goes in the oven, so any fumes would be contained and pulled out by the internal fan anyway?

I have glass pie "tins" so maybe you can find an all glass one to, or use the round glass casserole dishes.

Get a glass or stoneware pie dish. You also have the option to order aluminum or stainless online.

Muffin tins, you can definitely find stainless (I know because I own one), stoneware or aluminum online. Aluminum baking sheets are widely available almost anywhere that sells home goods.

I have some Maxwell & Williams ceramic bakeware (a fluted dish, square and oblong dishes) which is good. But in Australia aluminium bakeware basically all has a nonstick coating, even the stuff in basic homewares and thrift stores. It’s like we are obsessed with lazy cooking!!
The only straight up aluminium things I can find are extremely expensive cookie sheets and some round cake pans. The only aluminium muffin tin I can find is ikea but I’m a bit dubious about it as it’s described as anodised but it looks like it has a coating. I’m fairly sure cheaper options exist somewhere but I’m at a loss where to find them...

Are there any brand names I can look up for aluminium bakeware? Is enamel coated bakeware ok?
Kiwibird, where did you find/what brand is your muffin pan?

Also, I have a few novelty cake tins that I rarely use, only for special occasions. I can’t replace those with safe options so aim wondering if on the odd occasion I want to bake a bee shaped cake if I would be ok if I put the oven and stovetop fan on, moved the air purifier towards the kitchen and sent Māui outside in his travel cage for sun and fresh air while it bakes?

Anodizing is a safe coating! My first job while in high school was anodizing large sheets of aluminum! Lied about my age to be able to work there, horrible job!

Nearly all of my bakeware is glass. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get used to it you'll never want to go back to metal.

My wife bakes variously with Pyrex, disposable tins and occasionally those formed racks. The birds are in another adjacent room and there's ventilation and windows open when using the latter, plus a filter going when so.
