when i got Archie last year he'd already had his wings clipped, and their quite short. He can fly say from his cage to vincents or up the stairs but thats about it. Will they grow back when he has a moult? and do they moult every yr? iv had him for about 8mnths. the ends of the feathers up his back are all damaged looking but the rest of his body is fine any advice would be really appreciated:green2::)

He should be molting soon. It is usually 1 time per year but may be sooner. They start at the head and go back from there. The process takes a few months so be patient.

One thing you need to make sure is that he isn't chewing on them! If he chews them short enough the ends don't fall out, that feather wont grow out. That's one of the main reason why I don't like clipping my bird's wings. When I do, I check them closely making sure they're not chewing on it. I prefer putting a harness on them over clipping. Only certain ones of my birds I do clip. Especially when I raise babies cause they go everywhere once they learn how to fly. Generally my babies don't chew at it. But like it was mentioned above, it takes time just be patient!

Not positive, but there are also things you can do to help encourage molting if I am not mistaken. Such as giving a high protein diet and making sure they are getting enough UVA light every day. Again, not positive on that, but I believe I have read that these help and encourage it when it is necessary.
