ok, 4th day with new Alexandrine parrot.
1. he has slept a good 10-12 hours at night. however, when in his cage he dozes on and off. NORMAL? or is he bored. i take him out often, but with other animals, i must give him certain hours to come out.
2. also, after having him only a few days, he is definitely already "my baby". lol i'm his "person" so far b/c i stay at home.
my second question is that i am leaving for a couple of days and worried about being gone this soon after bringing him home. Hubby works, but will be here from 6pm until the next morning. will this freak him out?
