There is a great group of folks dedicated to animal rescue called "Animal Rescue Corps". They are dedicated to rescuing groups of any animals in need. They are a newly formed group (Jan. 20011) based in Washington, D.C. Google "Animal Rescue Corps", and you can see what they do. If you sign up for their newsletter, you'll be informed of current efforts, and situations. You can volunteer, donate, or just keep informed of their actions. They help animals all over the country, and other places. A very worthwhile group. I love their t-shirts. They have angel wings on the back, though, we can make believe that they are birds' wings!
