We have decided for a while now to add another bird to our family or maybe 2 of the same species. My first choice is a male plumhead but they seem impossible to get. So we thought it would be better to rescue! We want bigger than most, I really miss my macaws and would love another scarlet! So macaws, greys, eclectus, and cockatoos are on the top of the list. We came so close to getting a pair of eclectus, but then found out some bad news about the sellers =[ I need to find as many rescues in SC or possibly NC (not phoenix landing) that I can check out, because I have not found any locally at all! Please help me help a bird or 2 in need! I live in the Myrtle Beach area.
