I will get the new cage asap i'm trying to figure out how large to get it and etc. But I wanted to leave them in their familiar cage for a few nights anyways until they were used to us.

Not sure we haven't physically seen the birds just via facebook chat. Will they be able to be tamed if bonded? I never had bonded birds before but I would atleast be happy if I could take them out...

our cage has the bar spacing of 1/2 inch and he is ok with the spacing I was told that was the maximum spacing for the quakers. It was so hard for us to find a decent sized cage with a good bar...

Thank you! Both the cages are 24x20x20. My husband plans on building bigger cages for them but he wanted to build a little smaller one and see how it turned out before he started on a huge project....

We JUST got them home a few hours ago and letting them settle in. The poor babies are really frightened right now and breathing pretty fast/hard so I have them in the back bedroom and shut the door...
