Yeah, one of the things she likes to do is click her beak, and she gets excited when we do it back to her.

NO! Plucking his feathers is not the right way to go! Google "macaw wing trimming" and you can find videos that will be very helpful for you. Plucking has many more risks that you don't want to get...

We have a Ruby hybrid and she is great. Other than her testing weeks right when we got her, she has been awesome. She is super sweet and very cuddly. I would also love a Harlequin.

I got mine from a rescue. But they can be found by googling Macaw Carrier. The same carrier sells for a very wide range of prices. I will try to find a good one if I can.

Chocolate, avocado, caffeine, and salt are all food grade too. But that can't be used as a qualification for birds to snack on it. Good choice!

Both my Red Lored Amazon and my Ruby Macaw are very quiet. Ruby's are green wing hybrids, so I can't say what that impact is. They each make less than 2-3 minutes worth of total vocalizations in any...
