Protective shoulder cape

When I ordered this I expected it to be on the small size. I wear XL shirts and I'd say this is about a medium. It's a bit uncomfortable for me around the neck and does not span my shoulders as in...

Re: Playstand for African Grey

I've refrained from putting together anything like this simply because of the poop issue with anything below the highest perch. How do you guys deal with that?

Re: Raw beet okay?

Every once in a while I like to post this link for an inexpensive microwave steamer. Usually steams in under a couple of minutes. When I bought this in 2016 it was $5.95 but the price has more than...

Re: A long journey ahead

Absolutely take him.

If you go by car I know for sure that Hampton Inn's and Hiltons are pet friendly, and I bet the rest of the brands in that chain are as well.

Put him in this cage...

Re: Hawk-Headed Parrot Temperament

Hawkheads get a bad rap but most of it isn't true. They are territorial but other than that my experience is that they are a sweet, personality-rich parrot. After 5 years mine has a very strong...

Re: Super Attached, Attention-Demanding Sun Conure

I will tell you this, once you solve the "problem" you are likely to miss all the closeness and feeling of love that a Velco bird provides. You will quickly forget what a PITA she was ;)

Re: Groomers clipped my bird when I told them not to

When I first got Nike I used to go to a local (2hr round trip) shop and if I spent at least $15 they would do all the trimming for free. I was relatively happy with the work but I would spend $20...
