In in-between hours is when he needs to be on the adult food, which is the fresh fruits and veggies. I personally wouldn't do any pellets. Also do some cooking for him.

Daily bathing is actually good for them and for you too as it rids excess dust. It also keeps them clean and pretty feathers to show off.

Don't be shocked if she breaks them all....I rarely seen any young birds not messing up their tail feathers. Even some adults are rough with their tail feathers. One of my macaw, his tail feathers...

I highly doubt there's anything to worry about, how old is she right now? Young birds tend to be harsh on their tail feathers.
