I think it's just an aberration. Luna is older and has no yellow on her legs.
But I will be keeping an eye on it. All three of my Amazons have been loosing a lot of feathers.

My wory is that the smoke I smell inside the house could hurt my birds.
If they are flying around they would be breathing harder/ exchanging more air and causing more damage to there respiratory...
