You should have done more research before attempting breeding! It's very alarming that you are referring to them as being 'pregnant'. Birds can't be pregnant, they can lay eggs, and that's it.

We went from living in a cramped duplex with the birds right in the middle of the living room where all the action was to a super nice 2 story house in July and now the birds are in their own bedroom...

Sounds like a male to me with the whistling ! Females can be noisy but it's mostly the males who sing, can learn to talk/whistle certain songs and my 2 females don't do much whistling or singing....
