So, I'm guessing that ABA's beak punched the hole in your ear, hence the Posting in the Senior Avians Forum.

So, with you 'some what reluctantly' taking complete blame, we could possible reword your Thread just a bit too: "I got my fvck!ng ear pierced by my Amazon."

Either way, it still had to hurt really bad. Lots of nerve endings in that area of the Body.

Sorry about your experience, but thank-you for sharing it with the other members and visitors!

I can relate. My ear bite was higher up, but non the less any painful. When I tell people about my bites I get the, I'd get rid of that thing as well as stuff not that nice. My brother came over to meet Bill today. He remembers the parrot we had growing up. It wasn't surprising how he walked up to Bill with his hand up with the wiggling finger going for the head? Bill got on mad and tried to bite him, no big surprise. So my brother starts to say that he doesn't want a parrot anymore, and thanks for saving him some money. He then asks me if I can touch Bill. I just sat there and watched him get my bird angry. I told him on the phone about people doing the finger thing to him. I reminded him when he walked in the door too. So anyway I slowly walked up to Bill and picked him up and gave him a kiss. I kept him on my arm for a second and then returned him with another mutual kiss! He didn't say anything. I asked him if Bill would of done that with him would he still want one? I just can't get enough of Bill, and I'm sure he likes me. I know now that Bill has his moments just like me. When hes not wanting messed with, I don't, cause I don't want bit. He hasn't ever bit me for no reason. I might of not caused it, but I got the beak, and there is always a reason, and it's not his fault.
