I'm trying to find where I can get training for avian sex DNA training.

Short providing a sample, there is no such thing as DNA Training for a Parrot Owner.

At the Testing Lab level i.e., you working for a Testing Lab. In the past, at the very least, you needed a degree and /or specialized Lab Tech training. Commonly, additional education for advanced DNA activities is required.

Please note that today, most Avian DNA testing is near fully automated and Human involvement is little more than loading the equipment.
