Re: A topic for (friendly) debate

Point of personal privilege....(if you've seen that video you will lol)

Birds are in fact dinosaurs.....both modern and old.

Babies should be addressed as lords, and ladies.....

As they ruled the earth before and will do again....they are already figuring out our technology.....it's been their plan from the start.

Re: A topic for (friendly) debate

It's just because the English language is so screwy Why does one "park in a driveway" and then "drive on a parkway"? or "sit in a waiting room" or "wait in a sitting room"? Ok...i'll stop now.

Re: A topic for (friendly) debate

In my head "chicks" derives from "chickens" and anything not resembling a chicken, should not be called a chick. I would therefore not call a dinosaur baby a chick. But then again, I wouldn't call a baby parrot a chick either It's a parling (taken from the terms as gosling, duckling etc)

Re: A topic for (friendly) debate

They weren't birds yet back then so I'm gonna have to go with the official name which I read is hatchlings.

Re: A topic for (friendly) debate

Well, I genuinely dont believe in evolutionary theory, so I'd say hatchling or honestly I just call them bird babies.
