start a "My CREATIONS" forum?

I am wanting to create a toy for Sammy's cage that can be touch activated by him that will have my voice talking to him when he touches, hits, or swings it. This idea came to me because me and him sit together every night and talk back and forth. he will carry on a conversation, he will talk then tilt his head and stare at me while I talk, this goes on for a while. Sadly I cant make out what he is saying, but the way it is done is awesome.

My job,(home nurse) has me out of the house for up to 12 hours and a lot of that time he is alone. he wont let anyone else have anything to do with him anyways. so I thought this would let him hear my voice but it wont be non-stop like it would with a recording. plus, he is in control. He can learn to touch it when he wants to talk.

So I thought why not ask you to start a "My Creations" topic where members can share things they have created to try to help others. Maybe other members can give advice and offer help to each other on how to create things. maybe share what they have created for others to try or post additional suggestions for something other members are trying to figure out a way to create an item.

If you have made something for your fid that he/she loves , share it with others. Chances are if your fid loves it, ours may too.

Just wanted to run this by ya!

thanks for reading

Awesome! Thanks jersey. I never noticed it , mainly because I usually go straight to amazon forums. I'm still learning my way around the site. Only been a parrot mom a couple months and me and Sammy getting alone so well is mainly due to all the support I have found on the site. Was hoping to be able to offer something back. But you guys have already thought of everything. I love this place
