Species specific sub-forums suggestions

Hi guys!
I was wondering if it'd be possible to add more species specific sub-forums, such as for the parrtolets, that's the only one I can think of right now, but if you feel I missed any other species please suggest them below :)
Would it also be possible to arrange the sub-forums in an alphabetical fashion?

What do you guys think about this?

Sure, Sebastian, if there are enough interested parties in species specific sub-forums, we can ask our boss about it, as well as putting the species in alphabetical order. :)

SI Eclectus (Ruby) - 11 / Eclectus (Wrangler) - 7 / Eclectus (Pinto) - 6 /
Red Sided Eclectus (Oliver) - 4 mos. /
White Bellied Caique (Dan) - 2 /
Foster Congo African Grey (Molly) - 6
Alphabetical order would be awesome.

Before I send out a request, how do you all feel about separate subforums for Budgies and Cockatiels, instead of keeping them under the same subforum?

I have never had a problem with Budgies and Cockatiels in the same subforum.
I don't own any Budgies but I would not rule it out yet. :)

Gosh, I guess I didn't even realize that parrotlets didn't have their own sub-forum. I usually just go to all new posts and read that way, which is why I sometimes post in forums/sub-forms of birds I don't have, have never had, or likely will never have. But, I enjoy reading about all the different types of birds, even though I don't keep them.

I would separate the two of those.
What about parakeets though, that could refeer to a lot of different species, does that need a sub-forum for itself? Maybe the less common types of parakeets? 'Various parakeets' or something?
Having a sub-forums for parrotlets would be nice too, am I missing any other common species? How common are hawkheads?

Ahem...no.

We can do a sub-forum for 'Budgies/Parakeets' and that would include other parakeet sub-species as well.

Then a sub forum for 'Cockatiels'.

And yes, I'll still inquire about the 'Parrotlets'.

Hawkheads are not very common. IMHO folks who have Hawkheads can still use the 'Others' sub-forum, UNLESS we suddenly get a high demand of folks wanting a separate place for them, too.

I agree that listing the forums alphabetically would be helpful :)

I am not sure that us Amazon members would be at all happy being listed after Alex's. That would likely bring on a HissyFit or like Unhappy Amazon Reaction! You know, ruffled feathers and all that! After all, not being first, is just not being Amazon!

And, this is about as close to humor as it get! :D
