I was wondering if only moderators can bump threads. One of my threads has been up for a week or two but got 2 answers and I want to see if anyone else will chime in. So if I can bump the thread how do I do it?

I bumped the mini macaw thread for you, I hope that was the right one. 
Sometimes threads don't get a lot of answers simply because those who would be happy to chime in are either not on line or miss the post. Hopefully you'll get more answers this time.
The easiest way to bump a thread is to add a short post.
