Video Woes
 

Ugh, why isn't there an easier way to upload videos? My U2 has ritualized behavior that I want to ask about. I can't find any explanation about it anywhere, and I'd like to show it here but I can't upload a video unless I go to some third party site, make a whole other account, upload the video to there, come back here and pull the video from there to here. Have I got that? Are all those steps, involving a whole other website that you have to increase your internet footprint by signing up for, really the only way to get a video on here???

Probably the only way to post a vid directly here is via Youtube. But after clicking the link in your testing post via Facebook also works

FancysMom, from what I've seen on Tech Support that the easiest way to go with videos is to upload onto YouTube, or Fb as you've done, and link it from there by copying the video's URL, that's what I've always done with mine.

Yeah, I did it through FB. Then answer is: there is no way to post a video here directly. You have to do it indirectly, using another website. Sometimes I forget how old the technology is here. Bear with me. In this recent move I lost my GA driver's license and my patience. Had to get a replacement license but haven't found anywhere to buy some patience here in NC.

Unfortunately the platform is not set up to receive direct video, would need massive upgrade of servers and software.
