I posted on here not too long ago about my young conures cere being red and inflamed. The vet told me it could be an infection or he could have just hit it in something or rubbed it the wrong way. He gave him a 19 day course of antibiotics just in case. He’s been off antibiotics for 4 days so far and his cere is starting to look a little crusty. Just in the center though. I’ll attach some photos of how his cere looks now. Is the flakiness just his cere healing from either an infection or just a wound?
