Is 64"L x 32"W x 73"H to small for a blue and gold?

Due to unforeseen events I am having to downsize my Santiago’s cage size. His current cage is 81.6"L x 86.4"W x 63.6"H, and the only cage I can find that is close in size without being another aviary is only 64"L x 32"W x 73"H.
32” W just doesn’t sound big enough to me, what do you guys think? He would be housed in my bedroom so I could at least leave the door open whenever I’m in there to make extra space for him.

If the parrot cant stretch his wing out fully, the cage is too small. ANd macaws, like RIngnecks have very long tail feathers, if he goes to the bottom of the cage they are gonna get messed up. Just my opinion.
