Making own seed mix??

I have access to lots of different seeds, and I want to make my own mix.... my question is, what are the best seeds to use? I found this list. What would you take off or add so it’s more specific for a GCC? Thanks for any info! This is all new to me!


Barley
Buckwheat
Canary
Corn (dried)
Flax seeds
Hemp seed
Millet (red, yellow, white)
Milo
Oats (whole)
Poppy
Pumpkin
Quinoa
Rice
Sesame
Spelt
Sunflower
Wheat groats

Forget the corn! Light on the wheat, barley, spelt,(grains) and sunflower!
