Quick question

Hi! I was about to buy my parrot a little toy sink with a motor and a shower attached, but decided it’s not a good idea. But I still want her to have running water of some kind because I want bath time to be fun! So, I actually started looking at cat fountains instead and I have some good options now. The one I’m looking at has a filtration system like the one in the first picture. (Second picture is the whole fountain)
Is this system safe for parrots?

A popular one for parrots is this one: Pioneer Pet Swan Pet Drinking... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GJMSBXZ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I have it but Ona doesn’t use it. iIt is deep for small birds. I have found that holding a plate under a small stream of water in the sink works best for Ona.
