Just wondering.. I mean, it is only poo... However, if there is a way to teach them to not poo/potty while they are sitting on you shoulder, that would be awesome! Anyone have any pointers, that would be great

Never recommend using treats in potty training, it's dangerous to do so because some birds will hold it in because they want a treat. Birds have died from internal infections caused by this.
It's better to just get excited as a reward
I use verbal praise/reinforcement, and it's worked quite well. First observe your bird's body language to predict when she needs to go. Take her to a location of your choice (make sure it's the same location consistently) and immediately before she goes use a verbal command (i.e., "Go Potty") then praise her as soon as she goes. Consistency is key. Keep in mind, your bird will still go on your shoulder (or wherever else) if you do not take her when she needs to go. Here's a video clip of Guava in action, lol.

Holy cow!!! That is a HUGE poo for such a teeny little bird! I wasn't expecting that! We have a black capped conure and his poos aren't nearly that big, was she still on formula when you shot that vid?
