Complete novice with a CBC

Hi everyone as most of you will know I have a baby CBC (2 months old). I`m a total novice with her behaviour and training her. Do you know where I can learn how to train her on well things like, how to go to her cage, give kisses, give me 5 etc? She can already step up on command, but I´m not sure where to start with the rest.

Can I give her head scratches as rewards too or better with fruit? She loves apples.

Also I noticed something with her behaviour the last couple of days when she´s with her food or sees toilet paper she will flap her wings once with a "MEP" sound, is this a sign of annoyance? I would like to know more about this breed but I haven´t been able to find any reputable sources.

Getting started does seem daunting sometimes, since new birds don't come with an instruction manual.....

You tube has many videos about training birds and you can get a lot of good information by doing a google search using "training your conure -birdtricks.com" with or without quotation marks...birdtricks is a commercial peddler & if you don't take it out of your search equation you'll be wading through all of their references...most of what they sell is available for free on the internet anyway...they also have problems with their billing system at times, one member on the forum recently had $197 charged to their credit card for a $50 order.....
