I'm planning on taking my birds out with me as soon as it warms up so I'm going to start harness training. I bought one harness already and have watched the video and have had the harness out near Jingle's cage. I plan on purchasing two more harnesses in different colors for the other two fids. Can I start harness training on them with the blue harness that I have or should I wait until I order their different colored harnesses for them?

I would start sooner and then just"re do" the steps with the right colors. Most likely they'd will be shorter the second time. Be sure to take your time and never rush or force, and you will have a priceless reward!

I think you could totally start with whatever color harness - the sooner the better! It so much depends on a bird - my conure had a long harness training (I bought it for him), and ended up still hating it, but my cockatiel allowed me to put it on him without any prior training and didn't mind wearing it at all. :) I ended up taking my tiel for long walks and grocery shopping in this harness, and it seemed like he didn't even feel it.
With your big birds you definitely need a proper training. If they get used to it in one color it should be easy to introduce another one IMHO.

Thanks for the replies. Every time I touch my birds I remember part of the training video. Touch - touch - touch - lift the wing - lift the wing - repeat! ;)
