Hi I noticed your eclectus' feathers, was he a feather plucker?? and if so how did you get him to stop?? I rescued mine less than 2 weeks, she looks like a plucked chicken due the conditions she was left in. and the way she was passed around. she hadnt talked in over a year and now is talking everyday!! this is my first eclectus and the biggest bird we have taken in the rescue so far. I am hoping to find someone knowlageable about these birds so I can learn more and help her the best I can. she seems to have a balance issue?? if she scratches her head she often falls off my arm and on the way down she doesnt try to flap her wings down!!?? Im worried about her...does your eclectus flap his wings? I know all my other birds do which is worrysome that she doesnt??
