parrot picking feathers

Hello guys.. My African parrot is 3-4 years old.. I've taken him to the vet, who said that there wasn't any signs of Feather picking, but I'm still a little bit nervous.. I've uploaded a video so you can see how he acts. He does this everyday.. Jacko - YouTube
