7 month Jardine parrot Overly affectionate and excited and screaching

I have a 7 month old Jardine that is adorable however all of a sudden he started to screech very loud. I can't even go near him because he gets so excited. I'm very confused by this because this has not been a issue up until the past 4 days or so. I have been told to ignore him and I'm not sure this is the correct way to handle this. When I get close to him he starts the screech and he then puts a wing out, kind of like he is aroused. Please if anyone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate it. There is a video on YouTube that the Parrot is doing the same behavior. The link in tags is the video of parrot doing the same thing except mine is louder and much more intense.

Is he hungry? Have you changed his diet somehow? He’s still a young bird and if he’s begging something is off.
