i was planning on bringing munch and all the fids outside in the warmer months (everything, BUT winter here lol) every day. munch and mango in their travel cages, the tiels on their harnesses. just to enjoy some sunshine and the outdoors.

to be honest here, depends if she wants out of her cage. some days she refuses to come out and just flock calls and flies back to it. other days, she gets a few hours if she wants out. i dont stress her if she doesnt want to come out.

I'm just wondering if more flight exercise might help prevent the prolapses, but I don't know if there is any merit to it. I have read that flight in itself can help prevent egg binding because some of the muscles for flight also control the muscles for laying eggs. However, I have not come across anything to link flight as a possible way to prevent prolapses.

well its a thought. so far since moving, it seems that the hormones have died down but shes refusing to come out of her cage
