My Jenday George passed about this same time last year also... I miss him too but am so glad I got to make his life more rich and full as a rescue and that he was able to do the same for me.

He was the first parrot I had as an adult. As a child we had a peach front conure, then two cockatiels. Back then though, we had no idea about proper care for birds, nutrition etc.
