I put the Facebook link as there is info in the comments. Eric Pendleton was arrested for shooting his father in August of 2016, yet somehow continued to own two "pet stores" where animals including large birds were caged in deplorable conditions. The state is overwhelmed caring for foster children of drug addicts, and isn't willing or able to protect animals. We can't just assume that officials will do the right thing. If you see something, say something. If you get brushed off, say it again. LOUDER.
