A Parrots Guide to Hoomans.
Congratulations on acquiring a new pet Hooman!. There are some important things to remember at your new acquisition:
1. Hoomans are wil, NEVER forget this.
2. An adult Hooman has the finnesse of a Hippo in a China shop. They are prone to flinging their featherless wings about,m usually when they talk and do so without warning. Experts recommend flying away or at least flinching in a cower movement until they lear. Be patient, they rarely mean to attack. They are just not the brightest of God's creations.
3. Hooman offspring are very dangerous. If they are unaccompanied by an adult Hooman do not let them approach! The variety with plattered head feahers vcan be sedate and soft but they have a strange practice of making you wear clothes they use on Hooman idols (referred to as "Dolls"). This variety is prone to high pitched squarking when you give them a warning peck. The noise can be so severe itcauses water to burst from their eyes!
4. Always remember "Hoomans are predators"! They have forward facing eyes t hunt prey like us. NEVER trust them sraight away. Give them time to prove themselves as trustworthy. Such indiulgence should rarely be shown with the samaller ones as their brains do not fully develop until they reach 26 years. (Hooman years are the same as ours)
5. Finally, Hoomans can be trained to bring food and water quite easily. They are generally fat so make sure you throw food around occassionaly and tip your water over. They LOVE cleaning the mess and iyt is good for their health.
