african grey feet

hi i have a 12 week old african grey and he is walking on the back of his leg and i look sore and red is this a problem or could it be where he is young cause im worried

this isnt normal, and i would get it checked out.
you cant have had him very long?
what are you feeding him?
what do you have on the bottom of his cage ? i use several layers of newspaper on top of the wire grid to stand on, and remove/ replace as it gets pooped on.
im wondering if he may be allergic to something you are using, but he definately needs to be looked at asap.
