African ringneck?

I just noticed Joxer has black on his beak as well as red does this mean he's actually an African Ringneck? Or should I be worried?

Here he is on my old cockatiels cage which I now use as a playstand:

I am not familiar with ringnecks, but he looks like an African bird.

Im pretty sure Indian Ringnecks have black on their beak as well.

My Blue IRN also has black on his beak.

ARN have duller beaks than IRN. I would say that your guy is an IRN

Indian ring necks also have black on their beak and it can vary with individuals
