Albino is a combination of two genes:
The Ino" gene which is a sex linked gene that removes all the. Blue, black, and grey pigments. This gene turns naturally green birds like IRNs yellow.
And the "blue" gene which removes all the yellow, red, and pink pigments. This turns a naturally green bird blue.
Combine these genes and you remove both the pink and the black that usually are in the ring, which leaves a white ring on a white bird.
So no, they remain completely white.
