Parrots
1 YNA (Bingo)
1 OWA (Plumas R.I.P.)
1 RLA (Pacho R.I.P.)
2 GCA(Luna,Merlin) The Twins
1 Congo AG (Bella)
5 Cockatiels
I have an Alexa dot.
main 2 reasons were for Bella and to control one lamp that is hard to reach.
Bella does say “Alexa” but issues no commands or requests… yet.
I use Siri on my iPad mostly for spelling assistance.
My cell is Android and so it has Bixby as an assistant.
For a long time I have been trying to figure something out and I finally did.
And it was a ROFLOL moment.

I frequently walk around the house listening to audio books through Bluetooth earbuds.
I kept getting these pauses in the middle of a book because Bixby was activated.
now I know why.
When I say “hi Baby “ to Baby the Cockatiel my earbuds hear hi Bixby and think I am asking a question.

It is going to be interesting when you start receiving emails and texts from those organizations that those things (their owners) sell your information too. When the Parrots' name start showing-up as targeted individuals, or you begin receiving product ordered by them, etc..

I once had a Credit Card for Darby (our prior Yellow-Winged Amazon) that I got while attending a College Fair for one of our kids, years ago. When I began receiving junk mail with his name on it, it was time to trash it.
