Hi everyone! I have a couple of questions that I hope someone could help me with... But let me back up first. About a week ago our 3 year Germ Guardian went kapoot. Husband and I went to purchase another one and the shelves were completely bare. There were only a few to chose from, so we purchased the Honeywell HUT-200. Let me just say, I am not happy with it at all!!! This is where my question comes in....
'How do I get the mildew smell out of the mist??? I have cleaned it and cleaned it. My husband doesn't smell it but I do and it is one of my peeve smells. Anyway, does anyone have a suggestion on how to help with the smell. Vinegar? if so how much? Lemon juice?! I am freaking out of course b/c it is so dry in here. I ordered a Pure Guardian today, so hopefully I will only have this one for another week, but need help, Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!!
